Lisa Congdon is an artist and illustrator who sells prints and products online and in a brick & mortar, teaches classes, writes and illustrates books, licenses her work, and does public speaking. While her client roster continued to grow, her website wasn't serving her. All of her online sales took place via her Etsy shop, while she had a separate, information-only website. Her goal was to create a single mobile-friendly ecommerce website that was easy to navigate.
