We will choose three participants to allow Arianne to review what is and isn't working on their website. We'll cover the main mistakes that come up repeatedly on ecommerce websites and the simple steps you can take to create a clear and engaging shopping experience. Online Shop Dos & Don’ts: Live Critiques
Could your ecommerce site be performing better? Join a small group to get an expert opinion, based on up to date UX research. I choose three volunteers' websites to review. I share my screen and give ideas for how the sites could be improved (nearly always things the volunteer shop owner and everyone else watching can fix themselves). I often share a well-designed example site or three, and do a Q&A. I take any additional questions from the chat and send a follow-up document with answers and links.
