The Challenge

Sharon Yeung started Penguin Palace to sell stamps, craft dies, and paper and later launched a unique tool, Stencils 360°™, that became the brand’s focus. Sharon knew that her business had outgrown its original branding and website.

From Penguin Palace to Sunbird Spark, this brand transformation reflects creativity in motion. Inspired by the vibrancy and elegance of birds in flight, the new name embodies radiance, energy, and originality. Paired with a modern logo, Sunbird Spark positions itself as a standout in the crafting space, combining sophistication with a touch of inspiration.

I had a pleasant experience working with Aeolidia for my store rebrand and website redesign. I absolutely love our new logo! Sunbird Spark’s style guide radiates creativity and energy with a brand identity designed to captivate and inspire. The modern logo combines bold yet whimsical type with an abstract sunbird icon, evoking movement and the spark of creativity. A vibrant color palette, playful mid-century modern patterns, and fresh typography combine to set the brand apart with originality and sophistication.

The colorful pattern incorporates motifs from the custom illustrations and the logo, tying the whole look together.
