The Challenge

Patricia’s goals were to improve her website traffic and conversion ratio. She also wanted to improve the voice and story that she was telling via her site while doing search engine optimization to help more people find her via Google. To ensure good chances that Patricia would see a great return on her investment, I insisted that we spend some time at the beginning working on the foundations of her brand.

Our Approach

Big changes can happen when we bring a full team in on a transformation. We started with the foundations of Patricia’s brand, dug into customers and differentiation strategy, renamed the business, and designed a new logo and brand identity. We styled gorgeous photos that presented Patricia’s designs in a whole new light, and created a website around the new brand and photography that really puts Indigo Ember’s best foot forward.
