E. Frances Paper is a well-established paper goods company that creates meaningful, personal connections with products that help express love, gratitude and kindness. With a strong foundation in wholesale and an expanded team in place, their Creative Director, Ali Flippin, came to us ready to concentrate on building the retail side of the business, with the website as the focus. Ali sought to maximize their online presence, delight their community of customers, and significantly increase their DTC website sales.

Our Approach

We began with an in-depth SEO audit which revealed many significant opportunities for growth. Our web designer infused fun and joy into every page with artwork and animation that helps tell the brand story and makes shopping a delight. Revenue-boosting opportunities were key for this custom site, including bundles, upsells, a shoppable blog, and a strategic landing page design for a unique product. Mobile user experience was optimized every step of the way.The final result is sophisticated, airy, clever, and a great foundation to grow retail sales online.

The custom page design highlights the special features of this unique product and visually inspires customers with icons to illustrate the many uses of Little Notes and a hero photo with shoppable hot spots.

Throughout the site, the user experience is infused with delightfully on-brand whimsy such as hand-illustrated animations and this colorful confetti that displays when an item is added to cart.

To increase Average Order Value, the drawer cart displays a free shipping progress bar and upsells recommend products.
