Zak Hardage

Before building websites, Zak served as a Naval Officer. When he left the service and began coding, he found the same principles that were successful in the Navy applied to web design. He may have traded his sea legs for CSS, but focusing on people and minding the details are still mission critical. When he's not coding, Zak races for a local cycling team.

"Lauren and Zak did an amazing job building my website! I really appreciated how Lauren helped me think through all of the design elements of the site. Zak went above and beyond by building functionality into the site that I didn't even think was possible. I'm absolutely thrilled with how it turned out, and my customers have really been enjoying the preview feature. Building a brand new website is a big investment, but it was worth every penny!"

Gardenstore

Gardenstore
In 2005, Kristin opened the Gardenstore, a retail shop featuring gardening supplies, flowers and plants, fresh cut flowers and a few home décor items in the mix. That small retail store has grown and blossomed into Gardenstorehome.com, and we were pleased to start from the ground up (hee hee) to create a logo, identity, and ecommerce site for this wonderful business.

"I simply couldn't be happier with my experience with Aeolidia. It truly was a dream experience. I felt so completely understood and taken care of. Every part of the process and correspondence was incredibly thorough yet efficient. I'm thrilled with the design and the way it all functions. The entire team went above and beyond for me, and I would happily recommend Aeolidia to anyone. "

"Upon finding Aeolidia, I instantly knew I wanted a shiny new website. When I saw the first proof of my home page, I unexpectedly burst into tears... the good kind. It was everything I wanted and more. This new site was definitely a factor in giving me the confidence to quit my full-time job and finally be my own boss! Thank you, Aeolidia for everything!"

The Silver Bungalow

The Silver Bungalow
The Silver Bungalow is a 1971 Airstream that can be rented to add a little fun to your wedding, vacation or special event.

Meg started with a beautiful, nostalgic, and colorful watercolor-style logo, and then designed a pretty, windswept website that reminds me of a sunset.

The Decorated Cookie

The Decorated Cookie
Meg designed a clean, very graphic, bright, and modern logo and website for Meaghan's Decorated Cookie blog. Meaghan provides tutorials to make easy, crafty sweets, so we wanted the site to be fun!

Earth Grown Crayons

Earth Grown Crayons
Joel & Ashley of This Paper Ship created the logo and illustrations, and Meg of Ghostly Ferns designed the website, which we built using Big Cartel.

Cephalopod Yarns

Cephalopod Yarns
The team at Cephalopod Yarns wanted a new site with a fresh look, after taking off in a different direction.

This Paper Ship designed the logo and did illustration work for the site, and Sarah designed the heck out of it, passing it over to Zak to integrate it with Shopify.

"The challenge: to translate a feeling into a website.

To simply create an e-commerce website wasn't going to be enough. We needed to also make the site conjure up feelings and emotions; to be a romantic site that allowed for rich stories to be told; to seem timelessly vintage, yet modern and fresh. That was the challenge that we presented to Aeolidia and they responded with a team of creative people that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. They kept us organized and on-track. They pushed us to fully articulate our vision and then translated it perfectly. Aeolidia was the ideal fit for P.O.S.H. because, quite simply, they "got" us."

Dauphin Bakery

Dauphin Bakery
Dauphin Bakery is a gluten-free bakery from Brooklyn, NY specializing in healthful handmade treats. To launch their new brand, they wanted a clean and elegant, yet playful site with gorgeous details to accentuate but not subtract from the beauty of their baked goods.
