Mariah DeMarco

Throughout Mariah's nearly decade-long career, she's designed award winning stationery, licensed art that's been sold world wide and now works with business owners to create clean, memorable and thoughtfully designed logos, business collateral, product packaging, in-store displays, signage and more. When not creating beautiful things for you, you'll find her working to create a cozy, inspiring, love filled home for her family and learning to master the baritone ukulele.

Robert Mahar

Robert Mahar
Robert Mahar was one of my very first clients, back in 2005, and I was overjoyed to be able to sharpen up his professional crafting identity.

Robert says: "I like to tell people that I'm a fella who is craft driven, design inspired, vintage obsessed and cake possessed. Professionals are being brought in to exorcise the cake situation, but all of those other descriptors are running rampant. I'm an arts and crafts professional with an education in studio arts and art history who has been fortunate to work in creative fields all of my life – from appraiser of modern and contemporary art for 13 years to web video producer. I now produce and present on-camera DIY tutorials for the YouTube audience, inspiring people to tackle creative projects in the lifestyle arena (home, office, family, entertaining, holiday)."

Brimful

Brimful

"Working with Aeolidia on our logo and branding was so exciting. Annie and I started the project with only a vague idea of how we wanted to express Brimful. Mariah expertly gathered all our loose ideas and wove them into a fantastic logo and solid identity. From start to finish, the process was so well organized and seamless. Thank you Mariah and Aeolidia!"

Gardenstore

Gardenstore
In 2005, Kristin opened the Gardenstore, a retail shop featuring gardening supplies, flowers and plants, fresh cut flowers and a few home décor items in the mix. That small retail store has grown and blossomed into Gardenstorehome.com, and we were pleased to start from the ground up (hee hee) to create a logo, identity, and ecommerce site for this wonderful business.

My Sweet Muffin

My Sweet Muffin
Mariah designed the logo and illustrations for the My Sweet Muffin site, and Shina then designed her site herself. This site is very highly customized, with special layouts for many of the pages.

Bikks & Kids

Bikks & Kids

"I stumbled across Aeolidia while shopping Three Potato Four (3-P4), decided to have an inspirational peek and end up working with Mariah and Arianne. Actually, I can't say enough great things about Mariah – her work is quite literally brilliant! I was immediately drawn to her sweet illustrations - imaginative, engaging, colorful and appealing to kids. Mariah was able to shape the ideas I threw at her in a way that would get across as much as possible in as little as possible. The end result turned out to be a complete branding package for Bikks + Kids. I even got inspired by the creativity she invested in designing our branding package. Didn't I say her work is brilliant! Mariah also gives charming feedback, not to mention she is great to work with. Mariah and Arianne were incredibly patient every step of way. Never once throughout the project did I ever felt pressured. Through Aeolidia's project management system, from start to finish I had an overview of and was involved in project. They were accommodating to last minute requests and understanding when unexpected challenges came up. Mariah had such fun and creative ideas, she did a great job. It was a pleasure working with Mariah and Aeolidia. Looking forward to working with both again in the future!"

"I worked with Mariah and Aeolidia for Logo, Branding & Identity and it was a joy to work with them. They were highly professional, very well organized and I loved the transparency of the whole process. It was always clear to me who was responsible for what and by when. Mariah knew what questions to asked and guided me beautifully through the process of creating a logo that is perfect for us. I couldn't be happier – or more grateful, and I would highly recommend them."

"Aeolidia designed and implemented our previous website two years ago, and when it became time to upgrade yet again, I didn't consider asking anyone else. What we thought would be a simple "tweak" turned into a major relaunch, with re-branding happening simultaneously.

Aeolidia has a crack team from which they hand-pick the best designer to work on your project, and Mariah didn't disappoint. I sent her my cut-and-scotch taped mockup of what I wanted the logo to be, and she finessed it into a slick (but not TOO slick) logo. She helped me negotiate with printing specialists (something I don't think all graphic designers do), and was always available to answer my tech-ignorant questions without making me feel embarrassed about my lack of digital savvy.

I'm a tough person to please, but Mariah was patient through the many re-designs, and seriously impressed me with her invention of a historically-inspired letterhead design. She helped keep the new logo and look integrated with the site's relaunch to complete our brand's total makeover.

Next up: Aeolidia's doing our lookbook. My advice to other business owners: don't be afraid of working with Aeolidia over email instead of in person (or over the phone). An archive and online hub for your projects are ESSENTIAL."
