Aeolidia consists of two designers, Arianne and Shoshanna. We also offer custom illustration work from a group of artists. If you are interested in having Laura Su create custom illustration(s) for you, you can either commission illustration as a standalone project or have a custom illustration created for you which will then be used by either Arianne or Shoshanna to base your site design on. Images may be used for advertising, packaging, communication, and promotional use (such as web site graphics, print ads, newsletters, and free promotional items). Images may not be used by any person or entity other than the Buyer for projects. Images may not be used for printing on merchandise for sale (such as t-shirts, cards, etc). Please contact us to purchase an extended license for this use. Copyright of images and all rights not specifically granted above are retained by the artist. Any rights transferred are non-exclusive; nothing in this agreement shall be construed to prevent the artist from granting other licenses for the use of the images or from utilizing the images in any manner whatsoever. The artist retains ownership of original artwork, including sketches and digital files. Images may not be substantially altered without the artist's approval, and may not be used for any libelous, defamatory, or pornographic use, or any use that is unlawful. The buyer must give credit to the artist in a credit line suitable to the design of the website, advertisement, packaging, or communication. Suitable credit lines include "Illustration by Laura Su" or "Illustration Laura Su." |
